DALGA

Dalga is a tasting service of dishes prepared with hot or cold oysters. 

This ceramic dinner set was designed in a one-week workshop supervised by the ceramist Hélène Morbu.

 

This product allows the most dubious to forget the distasteful aspect of the stony shell by regaling the oyster in a pearlescent spoon. The ceramic shells reinvent the way to consume oysters.
